Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients together using your hands, and press into a 9x5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup salsa on top of meatloaf during last five minutes of cooking.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
