Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and beans in a big stock pot and turn heat to med.
  2. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to hot pan, med. high, and add ground meat. Cook till done and remove.
  3. Add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, onion, mushrooms, green pepper, and garlic and cool till soft and golden color apprx 10 minutes.
  4. Add meat back in and tomato paste. Stir to combine for 1 min. Add half can of beer with veggies and the other half to the stock pot. Cook veggies in beer for another 5 mins or so.
  5. Add veggies to stock pot and everything else (spices, sauces, water) and simmer for about an hour while stirring every once and awhile. Chili holdes great in freezer and is best the next couple days. Enjoy
