  1. 1 c green pepper, small chopped
  2. 1 c white onion, small chopped
  3. 2 carrots, grated
  4. 1 lbs, extra lean ground turkey meat
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Tuscan spices
  6. Mix well
  7. Spray loaf pan with Pam
  8. Pack turkey loaf mixture in pan
  9. Bake at 350
