Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-low heat until browned.
  2. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and curry powder.
  4. Place lavash flat on clean surface; spread evenly with curry mayonnaise.
  5. Top lavash with watercress, cucumber, turkey, cheese, avocado, and bacon, overlapping to fit if necessary.
  6. Tightly roll each lavash with filling.
  7. With serrated knife, cut each lavash sandwich diagonally in half.
  8. Wrap each half tightly with plastic wrap.
