Turkey and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute Garlic, Pepper and Onion in Olive Oil.
  2. Add Potatoes, cook till golden brown the lower heat and cover.
  3. In a seperate pan brown Turkey meat and add Sauces.
  4. Transfer browned turkey to Potatoes and mix in with salt and pepper.
  5. Add Frozen Vegetables.
  6. Cover and let sit until potatoes are soft.
  7. Top with Cheddar Cheese.
