Tropical Grilled Mango & Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients of the marinade together. Add shrimp. Coat evenly. Refrigerate for 5 mins. Add salt once it's removed from the fridge then give it another mix.
  2. Skewer the shrimp alternating with onions & mango on the skewers and grill for 5 minutes, turning once, until completely pink.
  3. Serve hot with lime wedges.......
