Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl add beans, scallions, red and green peppers, jalapenos, and tomatoes. Toss to combine. In small bowl whisk together juice of limes, garlic, olive oil, cayenne, chili powder, a dash of Tabasco and salt. Pour over bean mixture and toss to combine. Top with cilantro and serve
