Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease and flour 10-inch round cake pan.
  3. Prepare cake according to package directions for basic recipe.
  4. Bake at 350°F 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cut cake and remove 2-inch slice from center.
  6. Arrange cake as shown.
  7. Spread chocolate frosting on sides and top of cake.
  8. Make white frosting laces on football, using decorating gel.
