  1. To make the tombstone, cut the bottom off the Milano cookie to make it straight.
  2. Using the black gel icing, write, RIP across the top of the Milano cookie.
  3. Frost the cupcakes generously with the chocolate icing. You will need a lot of frosting, so that the tombstone sticks in place. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles over the frosting to represent dirt in the graveyard.
  4. Place the tombstone into the cupcake, pressing down firmly, but gently, to make sure it is secure.
