Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Grease and flour bundt cake pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the pecan pieces.
  4. Mix on medium-high 1-2 minutes until you get a ribbon like consistency (do not overmix).
  5. Put pieces of nuts in the bottom of the bundt pan
  6. Our batter into the pan.
  7. Bake 45-50 min or until toothpick inserted in center is nearly clean.
  8. Let cool for 15-20 minutes and then invert on to cooling rack to cool completely.
