Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice tomatoes.
  2. Place in shallow, well-buttered baking dish.
  3. Spread grated onion, melted butter, sugar, salt and pepper over the tomatoes.
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over top and sprinkle top with grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or till potatoes are browned.
  6. You may garnish with a little chopped parsley.
