Tomato and Pepper Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 52 1/2 oz tomatoes
  • 11 7/8 oz bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups onions

Directions:

  1. Chop, dice, mince, pour together, and simmer all ingredients together. Prepare your jars and follow regular canning instructions.
