Tomato and Broccoli Penne Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta as directed, adding broccoli to boiling pasta for last 2 min of cooking.
  2. Drain pasta/broccoli, set aside.
  3. Saute garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over med heat 1-2 min.
  4. Add tomatoes, pasta, broccoli, salt, pepper, and cook for 3-4 min. longer.
  5. Remove from heat; toss in cheeses.
