Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Boil water, add pasta.
  2. In a dish, combine oil and butter.
  3. Cover, microwave on high for one to two minutes, or until butter is melted.
  4. Stir in garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and water.
  5. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until steaming.
  6. Whisk in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  7. Drain pasta, put into a serving dish.
  8. Stir sauce into pasta.
  9. Enjoy!
