Tomato and Basil Soup

Ingredients:

  • 70 ml water
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp basil

Directions:

  1. Chop and saute onion in olive oil
  2. Add tomatoes, herbs and garlic
  3. Blend mixture and return to pan
  4. Add seasoning
  5. Bring to the boil then simmer for a few minutes
