Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine tuna, 1/4 pound Velveeta, celery, egg, onion and enough mayonnaise to moisten; mix lightly.
  2. Cover toasted bread slices with tuna mixture; top with tomato.
  3. Bake at 350, 5 minutes. Top with additional sliced cheese; continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
