Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt 4 tbsp butter or margarine, add flour, salt and add milk slowly.
  2. Cook until sauce thickens.
  3. Add potatoes and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour carefully into a large casserole dish and dot with remaining butter or margarine.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
