Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
  2. Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Add milk all at once.
  4. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till the mixture thickens and bubbles.
  5. Remove sauce from heat when it bubbles.
  6. Add potatoes to the sauce.
  7. Heat through.
  8. Season to taste.
