Three Cheese's Brunch Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Place half of the bread cubes in it. Top with half the onion, bacon, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and all of the cottage cheese.
  3. Repeat layers as given (except the cottage cheese).
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk remaining ingredients till blended.
  5. Pour liquid mixture over the layers, pressing down to saturate.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before baking or cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Bake, uncovered 45-55 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve hot.
