Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the first 8 ingredients by hand in a large bowl.
  2. Split the mixture in half. Place half in a 9 in round casserole dish & form a concave bowl in the middle.
  3. Place slices of mozzarella cheese into the formed bowl pressing as close to the edges as possible.
  4. Put the rest of the meat mixture on top & smooth over, sealing the edges.
  5. Smear a light layer of ketchup on the top.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
