The Biggest Loser New-Fashioned Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly mist an 8 1/2 X 4 1/4 X 3 Loaf pan with olive oil spray.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine the oats and milk. Let stand for 3 minutes until oats are slightly softened. Add ground beef & turkey, spinach, onions, egg whites, horseradish, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt.
  3. With clean hands, mix well and transfer mixture to prepared pan. Spread Ketchup over top
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 160 degrees F.
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into 8 slices. Each serving is two slices. Serve immediately
