Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with Pam. Gently clean mushrooms with damp towel don't run over water, Mushrooms will absorb to much water.
  2. Carefully seperate caps from stems by twisting off stems. Reserve stems.
  3. For filling mixture, in bowl of a processor or blender combine mushroom stems,parsley & basil,garlic,onion and ham. use on and off pulsating button until finely chpd.
  4. Transfer to med. bowl Stir in bread crumbs,lemon juice,olive oil,and pepper. blend well.
  5. Place mushroom caps upside down on prepared baking sheet. Use tsp carefully stuff caps with mixture. Bake until heated about 15 min.
