Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda .
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2/3 cup sour cream .
  • 3/4 cup milk .
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil .
  • 1/2 cup and 2 2 tbsp. white rice flour .
  • 1/2 cup and 3 tbsp. tapioca flour .
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. potato flour
  • 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum .

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.,set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl,beat egg yolks,sour cream,milk,butter,and oil.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in beaten egg whites.
  6. BAKE until golden brown in a waffle maker.
