Ingredients:
3 large eggs/separated
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.baking soda.
1 tbsp. sugar
2/3 cup sour cream.
3/4 cup milk.
1/4 cup vegetable oil.
1/4 cup unsalted butter,melted
1/2 cup and 2 2 tbsp. white rice flour.
1/2 cup and 3 tbsp. tapioca flour.
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp. potato flour
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum.
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites until stiff.,set aside.
2. in a large mixing bowl,beat egg yolks,sour cream,milk,butter,and oil.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Mix until smooth.
5. Fold in beaten egg whites.
6. BAKE until golden brown in a waffle maker.
