Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. NOTE: If you measure your oil on the spoon first, the honey will then slide right off it.
  2. Use dark sesame oil which is used strictly for flavoring. The clear sesame oil will not give the intense flavor (but can be used ifyou are frying something.).
  3. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. This dressing is used for Thai Salad, but may be used on any kind of meat before grilling. It's especially good on Chinese pork sausage balls as an appetizer, or on pork tenderloin.
