Thai Chicken With Basil and Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in wok or deep pan.
  2. Cook onions and chilies until soft.
  3. Add chicken and stir fry until tender. Add basil, fish sauce, cilantro and sugar. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add coconut milk and heat through.
  5. Serve with white sticky rice.
