Teriyaki Sauce (Low Fat)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp rice wine
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 inch gingerroot, cut in chunks

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture is reduced by half.
  3. Cool and remove garlic, ginger and lemon peel.
