Ingredients:

  • 1 quart boiling water
  • 1 1/2 oz tea
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 lb sugar

Directions:

  1. Pour 1 quart boiling water over 1 1/2 oz. tea and let stand 3 hours.
  2. Strain.
  3. Bring to boil 1 pint water and 1 lb. sugar; boil 2 minutes.
  4. Add to tea.
  5. Bottle your syrup and keep in fridge.
  6. When ready for a glass of iced tea, fix a glass of ice water and add tea syrup to desired strength.
  7. Bottle.
