Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil a liter (about 4 cups) of water.
  2. Rinse a small tea pot with about 1/4 cup of the hot water, then pour out the water.
  3. Add the tea leaves and then add another 1/4 cup boiling water.
  4. Swirl the pot to wash and rinse the leaves, and carefully pour out the water again.
  5. Add the mint leaves and the sugar, and fill the pot with 1/2 liter (about 2 cups) the boiling water.
  6. Let the tea to steep for five minutes.
  7. Gently stir the tea.
  8. Pour into small tea glasses and serve.
