  1. Brown the ground beef & drain. Mix in rest of ingredients except tater tots.
  2. Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Add ingredients to the pan, arranging tater tots on top.
  4. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until tater tots are browned.
