Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put beans, stock and garlic in a pot
  2. Bring to a boil ,turn heat down and simmer slowly for 20 mins.
  3. Meanwhile add oil to a hot pan and saute onion and celery until softened
  4. Then add salt and tomatoes ,cook for few mins.
  5. Add the parsley and put all in with the beans
  6. Simmer another 15 mins.
  7. Good with French bread, spread with butter!!
