Garlic Cream Shrimp With Linguine

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Boil garlic 2 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and just cooked through.
  4. Drain.
  5. Peel and mince garlic.
  6. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Sauté garlic 1 minute.
  8. Add cream, reduce heat to low and simmer 3-4 minutes, until cream begins to thicken.
  9. Stir in shrimp, parsley, and parmesan.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling water 8-10 minutes.
  12. Drain.
  13. Transfer to a serving bowl, add sauce and toss well.
