Ingredients:

  • taramasalata
  • 1 medium- sized potato
  • 1 roe
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Step 1:Wash the potato and wrap it in Saran Wrap. Microwave it for 5 minutes. It is ready when you can poke a bamboo stick though it.
  2. Step 2:Peel the potato while it's still hot. Make sure you don't burn yourself! Put the potato in a bowl and crush it with a fork.
  3. Step 3:Cut a slit in the middle od the roe and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Put lemon juice on it and throw away the row skin. If you wrap the cutting board with Saran Wrap, it won't get dirty.
  4. Step 4:Add the roe to the bowl from step 2,along with the mayonnaise, olive oil, and pepper. Stir. Salt to taste, and the your done!
  5. Extra:You can cut cucumbers or red pepers and lay them on a plate and put the taramasalata in the middle. Add basil or mint to make it pretty.
  6. Enjoy! :)
