Ingredients:

  • 1 small english cabbage
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • salt according to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice the english cabbage into thin and long shreds.
  2. Slice the cucumber into thin triangles. slice it lengthwise to make it into 4 pieces and then slice the long pieces into triangles.
  3. Grate the carrot.
  4. Thinly slice the green pepper and onion
  5. Put all the sliced ingrediants in a bowl
  6. Add lemon juice and salt and mix
