Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry sausage until browned.
  2. Add ground beef and cook and stir until done.
  3. Stir in garlic, celery, and onions.
  4. Cook until onion is soft.
  5. Add corn, tomatoes, chili powder and salt.
  6. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir in corn meal.
  8. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  9. Place in greased 2-quart casserole.
  10. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  11. Bake at 350F degrees for 45 minutes.
