Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce

Directions:

  1. Brown pork chops and fry onion and celery. Put in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake at 350F for approximately 1 hour.
