  1. Brown meat, green pepper and onion
  2. Drain
  3. Add seasonings and cook for 10 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, melt cheese spread and stir in can of small tomatoes.
  5. In large bowl, layer lettuce, chopped tomatoes, Fritos, meat mixture.
  6. Serve Hot
