Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake the pie crust according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Brown ground beef and drain.
  4. Add taco seasoning, following package directions.
  5. Mix the beans and the salsa in a bowl.
  6. Spread the bean mixture in the bottom of the baked pie crust.
  7. Add half the ground beef.
  8. Top with half the tortilla chips.
  9. Top with half the cheese.
  10. Repeat ingredient layering to make a second layer.
  11. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted to your liking.
  12. Cool for 10 minutes to allow pie to set.
  13. Slice and top with whatever optional toppings you would like.
