Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef with the onion and drain.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and the water.
  3. Simmer until water is cooked away.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  5. Spray 13x9 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Crunch taco shells into pan.
  7. This will be the crust.
  8. Spread beef and onion over taco shells evenly.
  9. Add tomatoes evenly over beef.
  10. Add about 1/2 of the jar of taco sauce.
  11. Spread over tomatoes.
  12. Cover with cheese.
  13. Bake for approx.
  14. 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  15. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
