One-Skillet Spaghetti

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in uncooked spaghetti, tomatoes, green pepper, water,. mushrooms, chili powder, oregano, sugar and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
