Szechuan Pork With Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat.
  4. (Add more oil as necessary during cooking.).
  5. Stir fry the garlic in the hot oil for 15 seconds.
  6. Add the bell peppers and ground ginger.
  7. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  8. Remove the pepper mixture from the wok.
  9. Add the pork to the hot wok.
  10. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until no pink remains.
  11. Push the pork away from the center of the wok.
  12. Pour the sauce into the center of the wok.
  13. Stir all ingredients together until they are well coated with the sauce.
  14. Cook and stir 1 minute longer, or until heated through.
  15. Serve immediately over hot cooked noodles or rice.
