Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use a very thin pan (or make a pan with tin foil) on a cookie sheet, spray with Pam.
  2. Slice the sweet potato's somewhat thin and dip in butter.
  3. Shake off excess butter.
  4. Lay flat in pan and top with grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes, but watch them.
  6. It all depends on how thick you cut them.
