  2. Pour into a lightly greased 9-in. square baking dish.
  3. Combine the topping ingredients; pour over potato mixture.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers.
