  1. Boil whole sweet potato in skin for 40-50 minutes. Remove skin after running each potato under cool water. Break apart potato in bowl and add butter and mix well. Stir in rest and beat or stir until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
