Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the casserole part and mix well. Place in a greased casserole dish.
  2. For the topping, combine the brown sugar and flour. Add the butter and combine until mixture is crumbly. Add the pecans and sprinkle over the casserole.
  3. Bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes or until the topping is bubbly along the edges and the casserole is well heated.
