Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes , cooked till tender
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes, till tender about 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the skin and mash.
  3. Add the juice, margarine and whip till light and fluffy.
  4. Add the nutmeg, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Spray a casserole dish and pour mixture in pan.
  6. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.
