Sweet Onion And Pumpkin Seed Focaccia

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Heat oil in a lg. skillet over med-high heat. Add onions;cook 7 mins.
  3. Ot till almost tender,stirring occasionally. Add pumpkin seeds,oregano,salt,red pepper flakes and black peper;cook and stir over low heat 3 to 5 mins.
  4. Unroll dough onto baking sheet;press into 15 x 10 rectangle. Bake 10 mins.
  5. Spread onion mixture over crust. Bake 10 to 14 mins. or until crust is golden and beginning to brown. Let stand 5 mins. before cutting into pieces.
