Ingredients:

  • 14 oz coconut milk (organic if possible)
  • 2 -3 tsp stevia powder (2-3 packets)

Directions:

  1. To make the sweet coconut cream as a substitute for whipped cream or sweet cream on desserts, just mix one can of coconut milk with 2-3 packets of stevia powder. Mix well using a whisk until smooth. This is best if you chill in the fridge before serving but not necessary if you are in a hurry to eat it :).
