Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple, save 1/2 cup juice.
  2. In lg bowl, mix egg, crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Add beef and mix well.
  4. Shape into 40 meatballs.
  5. In skillet, brown meatballs in oil; drain.
  6. Add peppers, broth, and pineapple chunks.
  7. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a bowl.
  9. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce and reserved pineapple juice.
  10. Mix until smooth.
  11. Add to meatballs; bring to a boil, stirring.
  12. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
