Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground pork
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 dash clove
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cups stock
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Saute onion.
  2. Combine potato, meat, crumbs, eggs and seasonings.
  3. Add onion.
  4. Shape in 1 inch balls.
  5. Roll in flour.
  6. Brown.
  7. GRAVY: Melt butter.
  8. Add flour.
  9. Mix over heat, and add stock, cream and salt and browning.
  10. Simmer 4-5 minutes Pour over Meatballs.
  11. Cook meatballs and gravy together 40-50 mins.
